The purpose of children’s ministry at Stilwell United Methodist Church is to help children KNOW Jesus in their lives and to GROW in their faith & in numbers.

Sunday Night Kidz J.A.M.
KidzJAM at Stilwell UMC for preschoolers through fourth grade. J.A.M. stands for Jesus and Me! J.A.M. also stands for jamming out to music! We meet the first four Sundays of the month from 5-6pm to have fun learning about Jesus in lots of different ways.
KidzJAM is a program where we get together for fun, music, singing, worship, crafts and games. We also complete mission projects once a month.
Upcoming Dates:
KidzJAM – all KidzJAM events are open events for children, families and friends from 5-6pm.
February 19, 26 & March 4 – KidzJAM 5-6pm
KidzJAM is a Sunday night program for preschool-4th grade that meets in the lower level from 5-6pm. A schedule is available on line under the resources section on the children’s tab.

February Sunday School
During the month of February, the kids will be studying scripture that reinforces stories Jesus told
help us know how to live. We have classes for preschool, K & 1st grade and 2nd-4th grade. All children who want to be involved in Sunday school meet in the theater classroom (lower level, room N1) at 10:45am.
Safe & Sacred Training
All adults who wish to work with children, youth or adults with developmental disabilities are required to complete Safe and Sacred training.
Our next training date at SUMC will be March 25, 2012 at 6:30pm. Those who need recertification or adults who plan to help with VBS, July 4th Carnival, mission trips or other similar events MUST to attend this training. Paperwork is available on under the resources section on this page or at kansaseast.org.
